Runs that stay consistent

The difficulty with batch printing is not making one good part. It is making the two hundredth part identical to the first, after the machine has been running for three days and the filament spool has changed.

We handle that by recording the setup. Machine, material batch, nozzle, and the full slicer profile are stored against your order. Runs are checked at the start, in the middle and at the end rather than only when they finish, so a drift gets caught at part forty rather than part two hundred.

Pricing at volume

Per unit cost falls as quantity rises, because setup, calibration and the tolerance coupon are one off costs spread across the run. A quote for ten parts and a quote for two hundred are genuinely different per unit prices, not the same number multiplied.

When printing is the wrong answer

Above roughly a thousand identical simple parts, injection moulding usually beats printing on unit cost even after tooling. We will tell you when you have reached that point. Sending you somewhere else at the right moment is worth more than one oversized order.
