1. Send the model
Email an STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ file. STEP is best if you have it, because it preserves real geometry rather than a triangle mesh, which lets us adjust tolerances without degrading your design.
Tell us three things: how many you need, roughly what the part does, and whether it has to fit something else. That last one matters more than people expect, and it is the difference between a part that works and a part that is 0.3 mm too tight.
No model? Send a photo, a sketch with dimensions, or the broken original. See 3D design and modelling.
2. Get a quote
We slice the file and look at it properly. Thin walls, awkward overhangs, holes that will print undersized, features too fine to survive. You get a fixed price, a material recommendation and a despatch date within one working day.
If the model needs changing to print well, we tell you what and why before you have paid anything. That feedback is included, not billed.
3. We print it
Approved orders run on a calibrated machine against a recorded profile. Fitted parts get a tolerance coupon first so the clearance is proven before the production run starts. Longer runs are checked at the start, the middle and the end.
4. Posted to you
Supports removed, part inspected and photographed, packed to survive the courier and posted tracked. The tracking number and the inspection photo arrive in the same email.
If something is wrong when it reaches you, tell us and we reprint it at our cost.
